Adam Gilchrist critiques the Mumbai Indians, highlighting their lackadaisical attitude, and remarks, "If I were the owner..."

In the latest IPL match on April 22 in Jaipur, the Mumbai Indians, led by Hardik Pandya, faced yet another heavy defeat. This time, the Rajasthan Royals clinched a convincing 9-wicket win over the visitors.

During a discussion on Cricbuzz, former Australian cricketer Adam Gilchrist talked about Mumbai's lackluster performance, especially their sloppy fielding against Rajasthan Royals. Gilchrist, along with former New Zealand cricketer Simon Doull and presenter Gaurav Kapur, highlighted how poor fielding can often signal deeper problems within the Mumbai camp. According to Gilchrist, it's like a final warning sign that there are "cracks everywhere" in the team.

Adam Gilchrist expressed his disappointment with the Mumbai Indians' attitude during the game. He said that if he were the owner or coach of the team, he would be concerned about their lack of effort. Gilchrist emphasized that cricket is a professional sport and players should take it seriously. He doesn't want to see players laughing or showing a careless attitude on the field. According to him, it's important for players to show that they care about the game. He also mentioned that he doesn't want to see players pretending to make an effort. He believes that it looks fake and insincere.
